PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

It is widely accepted that preventive maintenance extends the serviceable life of a roof.  Garlock-French Roofing Corporation offers its customers maintenance plans and options customized to meet their needs and particular roofing circumstances.

We specialize in servicing tile and slate roofs, offering regular preventive maintenance plans on either an annual or semi-annual basis.  Both of these plans include inspections and required repairs.  Repairs may include replacement of missing or broken tile or slate, inspection of the integrity of flashings, removal of debris found on the roof surface, or the painting of rusted metal flashings.  Our preventive maintenance program is not limited to tile and slate roofs, however.  Maintenance plans can be developed for any type of roofing system, including flat roofs.

Seasonal maintenance is also available through Garlock-French.  We provide regular gutter cleaning services both in the autumn after the leaves have fallen, as well as in the spring after the trees have dropped their seeds; our cleaning service can be expanded to include the roof surfaces, too.  Additionally, during the winter months we offer maintenance programs for snow and ice removal from roofs.
