REPAIR WORK

One of the specialties provided by Garlock-French Roofing Corporation is repair work. Whether you have a steep roof covered with asphalt or wood shingles, tile, slate, or metal, or a low slope roof covered with single ply membranes, built-up roofing, modified asphalt roofing, or metal, our experienced team can resolve your roof repair issues.

In most cases repair work is requested because of a leak in the roof. One of our representatives will examine the situation and determine the suspected cause of the leak. Repair recommendations will be made based on the type of roof, the customer’s needs, and the age of the roof. We may propose and perform a minimal repair that can be quite successful and cost-effective. If that initial repair does not resolve the issue, however, we can perform more extensive repairs. If needed, we will perform a water test to determine the leak’s source.

Repair work can also be required due to damage from storms. In an effort to provide a quick response to storm damage repair issues, we try to keep some of our crews available on shorter notice; we can therefore perform at least temporary repairs when needed to prevent further damage. We will then return as soon as possible to complete the permanent repair.
